This course will open the hips and groin through gentle yoga postures. Students will also experience breath control techniques and practices of chanting the seven chakras, eventually transitioning to seated meditation. The aim is to cultivate mindfulness and introduce the last three limbs of the eight limbs of yoga: Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (absorption).
This course is suitable for anyone looking to deeply learn meditation, enhance focus, reduce stress, and restore body and mind through seated meditation.
Note:
The rate applies to one private session tailored for you or your friends (up to 2 participants).
If you prefer the session to be done at a studio, extra space rental fee would be charged.
The session is only available in Mandarin.
