Josephine Goh is an HR leader with 20 plus years’ experience while practicing as a holistic wellness consultant, which is her mission and passion. She is a Certified Mental Toughness Coach and Practitioner affiliated with The Mental Toughness Research Institute in the USA. Josephine excels in using instruments to measure and interpret Aura Image, and holds certifications in Aura Soma Colour Systems,
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Colour psychology. She believes in lifelong learning and interdisciplinary integration. Therefore, she is also a DISC Personality Consultant, Colour Life Consultant from the School of Colour Therapy, and Sleep Care Specialist from the Taiwan Sleep Care Association.
Sun Jiaxin
Jiaxin received a Master of Tourism Management from Fudan University. She holds comprehensive certification in training from Nepalese Singing Bowl Healing Center NGBH and Vanyin Yoga 520H. She is a practitioner of life energy. Currently, she focuses on holistic mind-body-spirit integrative therapy, specializing in singing bowl healing and Ashtanga yoga instruction.
Max & Cruise
Max (in white), a talented artist from Japan expertly plays the didgeridoo and handpan. The didgeridoo, a traditional Aboriginal Australian wind instrument, produces deep, resonant drone sounds that add a rich, earthy quality to his music. The handpan, a modern percussion instrument, offers soothing, melodic tones, perfect for creating a meditative atmosphere. Cruise (in black), a skilled musician from Singapore who excels in playing the acoustic guitar. Cruise's use of an intricate pedalboard setup allows him to blend various effects, adding depth and texture to his music.
Together, Max and Cruise form a dynamic small band that harmoniously combines their diverse musical backgrounds, offering audiences a unique fusion of traditional and contemporary sounds.
Jeevi
Jeevi is a dynamic dance fitness instructor and accredited Sport and Exercise Psychologist with a passion for human potential and mental well-being. Beginning her dance journey at age four, she explored a variety of styles, but it was her specialization in Sport Psychology that fueled her interest in combining movement with mental health.
Her signature AfrowithJeevi (AWJ) sessions are inspired by her travels across Africa, where she immersed herself in the region's culture and rhythms. Based in Singapore, and Nairobi, Kenya, Jeevi's mission is to help individuals push their boundaries and reconnect with their true selves through movement.
Felicia
Felicia is a certified RYT 200-hour yoga instructor with a specialization in Restorative Yoga, a Usui Reiki Master, and a Level 2 iRest®️ Yoga Nidra teacher. She is also a trained sound healing practitioner, skilled in the use of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs, and Crystal Singing Bowls.
She provides a diverse range of embodied practices and wellbeing coaching. Driven by her passion, Felicia is dedicated to sharing yoga, meditation, and energy healing as powerful tools for fostering balance, authenticity, and holistic wellbeing in life.
Yana
She is a handpan lesson and workshop facilitator. Yana embraces a holistic approach towards a balanced and happy life through playing meditative music, guiding mindfulness meditation, conducting water healing dance and abstract therapeutic art sessions.
She said, 'I still cannot believe how handpan transformed me from the place of worry to harmony and confidence. When I first heard about handpan in 2005, it was like a love from the first sight. Little I knew that in a few years I will quit my corporate job and work with the world renowned handpan makers.
Having spent lots of time with the best teachers and musicians, I am now ready to share this joy with other people and pass on my knowledge and experience to a next generation of players.'
Hu Kun
Born into a prestigious family of calligraphers and painters, he has been steeped in a profound cultural and artistic heritage since childhood. After nearly three decades of dedicated study of his family's treasured art collection, he developed his own unique painting philosophy, titled "Painting Through the Tao." This school of art blends Buddhist and Taoist thought, guiding students through an esoteric mental practice rarely known to the public. It enables beginners to master the skill of effortlessly creating intricate line-drawn figures in just about ten days.
In response to growing public interest, Hu Kun has expanded his teaching extensively, offering lessons in fine brushwork, line drawing, Buddhist figure colouring, and large-scale murals. With a student base exceeding 20,000 across more than ten countries, his influence continues to grow.
Ruicheng
Rui's journey into the world of holistic wellness began with a deep personal motivation: her mother's struggle with rheumatoid arthritis during her university years. Determined to help her mother find relief, Rui embarked on a quest to explore various therapies. This ignited a lifelong passion that eventually led her to found Quintescents, an aromatherapy brand that uniquely integrates principles of TCM and Ayurveda to promote holistic well-being.
Driven by this passion for exploring natural therapies and energy healing, Rui has acquired extensive qualifications as a Hypnotherapist, TCM Health Management Practitioner, Health Coach, and Sound Healing, among others. She is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their well-being and live a more fulfilling life.

Leyi embarked on her spiritual journey as a sound healer following her training at SoundHealingBali under the guidance of Shervin Boloorian, author of The Three Zones of Sound and Bali’s renowned multi-instrumental sound artist and award-winning musician.
With a pure and soothing voice, Leyi harmoniously blends various healing instruments to resonate with chakras and elemental energies, offering a deeply transformative experience. Intuitive by nature, she is dedicated to harnessing the power of energy and human connection, aiming to help others through the frequencies of her heartfelt intentions.
Linda Zhong
Linda is a certified breath coach, meditation practitioner and trained multi-instrument sound healer. Drawing from years of experience in music performing, arranging and systematic sound healing training, Linda believes that sound and music are powerful tools for healing, and constantly upgrades herself through various healing modalities.
Linda spent more than a decade in the fast-paced advertising industry. As a healer, she is now dedicated to help busy professionals break free from the chains of stress, improve their quality of life and find inner peace.
