Booking & Payment Terms
Once a session is confirmed, an invoice will be issued to the client.
Full payment must be made within five (5) working days upon receipt of the invoice, or at least ten (10) working days before the session date, whichever occurs earlier.
Payment may be made via PayNow to our corporate account. Credit card payment is also available through a dedicated online service link; a 5% surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions to cover administrative and platform fees. An invoice or receipt will be provided for all completed payments.
A booking is considered secured only upon successful payment.
If payment is not received within the stipulated timeline, the slot may be released without further notice.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
Clients who wish to cancel their booking must notify us in writing. Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule:
• More than ten (10) working days before the session → Eligible for a full refund.
• Between six (6) and ten (10) working days before the session → Eligible for a 75% refund.
• Between two (2) and five (5) working days before the session → Eligible for a 50% refund.
• Within twenty-four (24) hours of the session → No refund will be provided.
All refunds are net of any applicable payment platform or processing fees.
In the event that a session must be postponed or cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
