Sound Bath - 90 mins (1v1 with Jiaxin)

This course will immerse participants in the cosmic sounds through the vibrations of tools such as singing bowls and crystal bowls, nurturing and restoring both body and mind. Students will experience breath control techniques and practices of chanting the seven chakras, aimed at deep relaxation, sleep restoration, purification of negative energy, and enhancement of the immune system.

This course is suitable for anyone looking to relieve stress, restore sleep, and boost their energy levels.
