Singing Bowl Yin Yoga - 60 mins (1v1 with Jiaxin)

Also known as Inner Observation Yin, this innovative class combines Yin Yoga, breath counting techniques, and sound therapy with singing bowls to alleviate anxiety, promote deep sleep, and holistically nourish the body and mind.

This course is suitable for anyone looking to calm their mind and relax their tense body and mind through stretching exercises.
